We service in the region of 2,300 exhibitors and 131,000 visitors annually and have organised some of the largest and most successful shows ever staged in Ireland. Marketing, Advertising & PR: Our Shows are much more than 3, 4 or 5 day exhibitions – they are strong, successful events with a keen focus on the right type of quality content, innovative features and relevant seminars that will bring the buyers that you want to meet to our events to meet you! We employ a number of tools in our strategic plan for each show. These tools are for your benefit – after all your success is key to our events - and we can work with you to tailor the right package for your needs.
We retain the services of two leading Advertising and PR Agencies. Our strategically targeted Advertising & PR Campaigns are carefully planned many months in advance of each event and are dedicated to each individual show. ADVERTISING: We run a highly intensive broadcast and print Advertising Campaign in the 3-4 weeks prior to each show (targeting the buyers at the time when they will decide to attend) spread across a variety of media offering you a wide choice from which to choose.
PR: Our substantial PR campaign revolves around you. Work with our PR Agency to: gain valuable and targeted editorial coverage for your business and products or services and/or to get additional promotion by using competitions to generate awareness and interest in your products. If you provide the prize we can book the competition space, cover the placement cost, liaise with all relevant parties and significantly increase promotion of your business/products/services.
PRE SHOW – PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL At Expo Events we produce a variety of promotional material targeted at your potential customers to drive awareness for our events and our exhibitors.
TRADE EVENTS
- Newsletter – produced in advance of all trade shows. Circulated to past and potential visitors, key players in your Industry.
- Tickets – produced in advance of all trade events. Sent out to all past visitors and pre-registered visitors.
- Website – dedicated website for all shows. Your opportunity to promote your presence at the show – it is an ideal directory source for your potential customers. Details of show awards winners are promoted on each show website.
- Catalogue – an invaluable resource. Catalogue entries are restricted to exhibitors only. Make sure that you maximize this is your opportunity to place your details directly in the hands of your potential customers. Visitors use the catalogue not only at the show but they keep the catalogue at home for the weeks, months and even years following the show as a source/directory – make sure your details are there for them to find!

CONSUMER EVENTS

- Posters – advertising the show, produced to promote the event. All posters also refer consumers to the website, where they can source your details.
- Tickets – produced to promote the event. All visitors receive an allocation of complimentary tickets to distribute to clients and potential customers in advance of the show. These tickets also refer consumers to the website.
- Website – dedicated website for all shows. Our consumer websites are extensive sites promoting the show and are designed to inform visitors of what to see & do in advance of their visit. Consumer sites will also contain a “product watch” section – an additional opportunity for you to promote your business/service/product directly to qualified consumers.
- Sponsors – we work closely with our sponsors to secure additional promotional opportunities for our events and to drive the right footfall to our shows.
- National Print Media Dedicated Show Supplements – we design a dedicated show supplement for each of our consumer events that will be distributed both in advance of the show (additional pre-promotional opportunities) and at the show. These supplements act as a consumer show guide and are complete with visitor listing and location/floorplan.
