NATIONAL SEA LIFE CENTRE |

The Sealife Aquarium Kidzone ‘touching pool’ will allow youngsters to interact with these tropical creatures in all their majesty and be mesmerised by their colour and movement! The touch pool sessions will be half past the hour every hour. A colouring competition will also be held in this area and Pat Suilleabhain will be giving a talk on the Friday and Sunday.

| VOLVO OCEAN YACHT RACE |
| We will have a live link with the Green Dragon Boat on their fifth leg, from Quingdao to Rio de Janeiro as well as footage being shown from the previous four legs of the race and there will be a question and answer session with Damian Foxall. |

| SAFETY ON THE WATER |

Returning in 2009, the RNLI and key safety associations are on hand to offer advice and tips on how to make sure you safely enjoy your water-based activities to the maximum.
Irish Water Safety will talk about PAWS - Primary Aquatics Water Safety - the water safety program that Irish Water Safety created for children which is now a component part of the physical education strand of the primary school curriculum. Parents and children can come along and listen to Irish Water Safety's Education Development Officer Lisa Anderson describe what's involved in this comprehensive program that gives children the knowledge, skills and attitudes towards staying safe in, on and around water.
